1.The Testing Manual
This is full of templates for each category and instructions and is provided to all entrants. You really need to take a squizz at it before you fitness test your entrants.
If you are very confident with using Word and Tables and want to type directly onto digital copies, or want to use something similar in your business download the alterable Word version here.
2. Entrant’s Start Up Guide
This was given to entrants before the 20 Week Challenge started or on sign up after May 1st. While PTs don’t have to read the Guide it can be useful to on a number of fronts.
a) The Guide will give you, the PTs, an idea of how we are setting up entrants for a successful journey.
b) If you disagree with anything you can bring it up with clients early on, your opinion overrides ours.
c) If you do agree with the content you might want to quiz your clients about it or help them follow through on some of our suggestions.
d) You may want to use our articles and the ideas in them with your other clients.

What’s coming up.
Week 15: Celebrating Success
How do you commemorate all that you’ve achieved in this challenge? We think a 20 Week time capsule is a great idea. Packed full of photographs of what you’ve been up to and a record of how far you’ve come, we encourage you to open it in a years’ time to remind you of what you accomplished.
Plus, find out how to change categories and what the story is with the Awards this year.
Week 16: Pack Your Bhags
What happens when the 20 Week Challenge ends? You go on to smash more goal, that’s what. We look at setting big hairy audacious goals (bhags) for you to aim for beyond the challenge, and how to make sure you don’t look back.
Week 17: How to Party
Just in time for some post-Challenge celebrations, it’s out how to party and be healthy issue. We look at balancing out alcohol consumption and healthy hangover cures.
Week 18: Tuning In
It’s a conundrum; there’s only an hour left before bed time and you’re yet to do your workout BUT The Bachelor is on. What to do? We look at tricks to exercising while watching your favourite TV programmes.
Week 19: You’re Almost There
You are so close to the finish line. We look at what you need to do to get there and talk about final fitness testing and reporting procedures.
Week 20: That’s a Wrap
It’s all over for another year. You’ve put your all into the last 20 weeks and it has been an awesome journey. This is our final edition and is full of tips on how to celebrate, stay on track and avoid the post-challenge blues.
