The 4BY4 Challenge.
The Challenge is to try four new foods and four new activities in the month of June.
This is one of three mini Challenges we throw out a part of the 20 Week Challenge and it’s all about exercising your ‘change’ muscles, important ones when we are wanting to improve our health and fitness.
We’re delighted that the majority of entrants jump in boots and all, inspiring and entertaining us all with their updates.
