The creator is me Broni Mac and I’ve been in the fitness industry for over 20 years and won a couple of national awards for my efforts. I’ve called upon a wealth of dietitians, nutritionists, coaches, therapists and movement specialists to contribute to the material. Over 120 Personal Trainers, many of whom have been national Award Winners, have now delivered the programme to almost 3000 entrants.
