A fun part of the 20 Week Challenge, done by hundreds of entrants each year, are the three team challenges.
The team challenges are a neat way to try new ‘soft’ activities, meet new people, stay motivated and have a laugh in a supportive environment.
While they are optional, the feedback from entrants who do them is awesome, even from people who didn’t think they’d like the team aspect or who were worried about not being fit enough to do them.
More details will be released early on in the challenge so you can plan ahead if you do want to be involved but in the meantime here’s some re-assuring points and pics to get you thinking about it.
- Pretty much all fitness levels are catered for in our challenges and we often provide ‘choices’ around the activity.
- Teams consist of 4-7 entrants all of whom need to be training with the same PT.
- Teams have a minimum of 4 weeks to do each challenge.
- Challenges only take between 15 minutes and 1.5 hours to do.
