The Early Starter’s Challenge

Don’t wait until May 1st! Start on your health and fitness journey anytime from January 14th and have your efforts judged for this separate category. The 2017 Challenge Officially Starts

Yee ha. May 1st marks the official kick off date.   Sign up a few weeks before hand to get access to MOA - the Member's Only Area so you can get all your ducks in a row so you're all ready to go. Running late?  You've got until May 21st to enter and until the 28th to get complete your fitness testing.

Fitness Testing Start Dates

Initial fitness testing can start on May 1st.  Last date for testing is midnight May 28th (end of week 4).

Last Chance to Sign Up

May 21 @ 8:00 am - 11:55 pm

You can still sign up right up until midnight May 21st - i.e. the end of week 3. You'll have until midnight on May 28th to complete your initial round of fitness testing and then you'll have 17 weeks to play catch up on the first 3 weeks and go gung ho for the remainder :-)

Category Changes

Entrants can change both categories anytime before midnight May 28th. We will send you a link on May 21st so you can do this. Please be sure to advise your PT as well if you do make a change. You will have another chance to change ONE category again in week 16.

4BY4 Solo Challenge

There are three optional solo challenges that take place inside of the 20 Week Challenge. Having a go at all three of them puts you in the running for the OVERALL entrant award.  Not having a go at them won't affect your chances in any other category. Final Fitness Testing

Final fitness testing can start at the beginning of Week 17 (August 21st) and needs to finish by midnight on Tuesday 19th of September i.e. within 48 hrs of the official end date.
